Tanya Baxter Contemporary is with us again this year, bringing wild, refined and record breaking beauties to the event!

At Art Monaco this year Tanya Baxter Contemporary will be showing the best of the Brit artists Marc Quinn, Banksy, Sir Peter Blake, Sacha Jafri, all leading Bluechip International artists, in addition they will be showing Belgian artist Jean-Philippe Duboscq and leading Indian international artists, M.F Husain (who passed away last year) and S.H Raza.

 

Ms. Baxter travels the world exposing the works of auction-sale record breaking Chinese artist Zeng Chuan-xing. This Artist's oil paintings are a modern and slightly abstract version of classical realism, often depicting minority girls. His attention to detail will make viewers double-take in awe as they seem photographic at first glance.

Furthermore, Tanya Baxter will be exposing the works of German born artist Gerard Richter. The artworld seems to have an unquenchable thirst for his works and just recently, he has sold an oil painting on auction with Sotheby’s for £21m. Abstraktes Bild, painted in 1994, which was owned by rock star Eric Clapton, has been described as a "masterpiece of calculated chaos". The piece sold broke a record for auction sales for works of a living artist.

 Tanya Baxter Contemporary Art Gallery has taken to the works of world renowned UK artist Banksy. We are absolutely delighted that they will be bringing such strong flair of modern, expressive and contravertial art to Art Monaco. Banksy's works often take mundane objects, unappreciated graffiti blotches and even natures own and effieciently turn them into strong messages of social commentary, beautiful (is an understatement) art and sometimes just remarkably witty creations.
